Everyone experiences difficulties in life because we are all human, make mistakes, and need support. I provide a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and supportive environmental for clients from a variety of different backgrounds. I believe therapy is most effective when you are seeing results, therefore, I make it my goals to help you see lasting, desired change. I encourage clients to recognize areas they can grow and equip them skills to help pursue that growth. If you want more control, peace, and contentment in life, then I would love to work with you in achieving your goals.
My specialty is in exposure response prevention, hypnotherapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I use these modalities to bring my clients freedom from anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders. I also offer telemedicine (video sessions) to meet clients where they are most comfortable.
I began my practice with the goal of equipping clients to cope with life's stress with skills that empower and protect them from becoming burnt out and hopeless. I have worked in an acute stabilization hospital, a wilderness program, outpatient, and a residential facility for a number of years which has prepared me to work with a variety clients.
