Finding a counselor can be scary. Finding a counselor with whom you can allow yourself to speak openly, assist you with your life dilemmas, and whom can reach you where you are standing, whether on the top or bottom of the mountain, can be even scarier. Allow me to introduce myself. I am a mental health counselor associate who thrives on providing effective care to teens, young adults, and adults.

I am particularly interested in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, issues with self-esteem, gender and sexuality, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and humanistic, allowing clients to take control of their journey while providing symptom management, symptom prevention, mindfulness, and new skills training.

I am married with one child and have an abundance of experience in multiple of the issues stated above, beginning from a young age into adulthood. I understand what feeling dysregulated or lost may feel like and am hoping to share my counseling knowledge and skills learned with others. I look forward to walking along the journey with you.
