Perfectionism, anxiety, avoidance, stuck-ness, and insecure relationships are what we may see on the surface, though the root issues can be harder to identify and resolve.
In therapy, you will receive an empathetic, emotionally centered space to feel heard. If you are a highly sensitive and creative women born into dysfunctional family systems, you are probably working to heal from emotional neglect and/or trauma. In our work together, you will experientially learn how to accept yourself, connect securely, and love more fully.
