I try my best to meet my clients where they are and support them by offering problem-solving techniques and tools to cope. My experience with multicultural clients, and special needs populations have helped me to be empathetic and culturally competent in dealing with people from all walks of life.
I enjoy interacting with my clients and my goal is to provide a non-judgmental, safe space where my clients can process and share their feelings freely. I believe physical wellness, spiritualilty and mental health are key to the holistic well-being of a person. I use different treatment modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, grounding, and relaxation techniques.
My positive, friendly nature combined with a goal-oriented, and strengths-based approach, has helped me build lasting relationships with my clients. I strive to build a foundation where solid bonds and relationships are nurtured and developed.
