I believe people know what's good for them and that we all can overcome the obstacles in life that hold us back. When the intensity of life's problems becomes overwhelming, we need someone to help us develop strategies and to support our efforts to continue to grow and change. Whether you are dealing with frustration and uncertainty or destructive and addictive behaviors, I will work to help you grow and turn your life around.
One of my main passions is working with adults who grew up with narresestic parents. I work compassionately with individuals and couples to restore their lives and relationships. My individual and group experiences also include working with teens who are dealing with relationship issues, sadness, and worry. I also work with depression and anxiety.
I am trained in dialectical behavior therapy and mindfulness interventions. I incorporate yoga practices into my work and have found that helping people slow down their thoughts through mindful breathing can help them contain their emotions and make wiser and healthier choices. Men's Intimacy group
Are you having a hard time being intimate with others? Soo many man lack a supportive positive male experience. Connection is one of the most powerful ways to deal with feeling inadequate or as if something is wrong with us. This process group for men provides members with the opportunity to practice building intimacy with one another. The members of the group are motivated and challenge one another to be open and vulnerable in their interactions. The goal of the group is to help the members use the intimacy skills they to learn to be able to apply them to world outside.
