I work with clients on adjustment to life changes, anxiety, depression, identity development, racial stress, relationship conflicts, and work stress. Much of my practice currently focuses on supporting attorneys, high performing athletes, and individuals in other professions who deal with similar levels expectation and high scrutiny. I have a law degree and consider myself a strong advocate for cultivating and supporting the whole person inside the attorney and the athlete. It is my true pleasure to provide coaching, therapy, and wellness supports to individuals in both professions and other fields that encounter similar challenges.
I strive to create a treatment environment that is supportive, productive, and cultivated by client input as much as my own. You are the expert on your life, and your perspective is important. My clinical approach includes, but is not limited to psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and feminist strategies.
While I enjoy working with clients who are already motivated to experience change in their lives, I also understand how difficult that work can be. As such, support and empathy are at the heart of all I do. It's essential to balance validating my clients, while also challenging them to confront obstacles and to see their lives through alternate lenses.
