Navigating this thing called Life is truly a trip! My mission is to support you to have more effective communication and coping skills, develop an uncompromising and joyful sense of self, develop stronger life skills, increased healthy coping with life transitions and heal traumas so that you can be the person you need to be.
I am trained in EMDR in 50 minute sessions, 90 minute and intensive sessions (3+ hours). I specialize in: • trauma (childhood and adult experiences), • adolescent struggles • co-parenting conflict • couple's communication • workplace stress • complicated family dynamics • mood challenges • maternal, paternal and perinatal mental health.
Finding time to pause, reflect, and figure out this thing called Life can be challenging. When you're in the midst of heartbreak, anger, sadness, frustration it can feel like you are alone like no one sees you. This is a judgement free zone. It's about empowering you. We talk. We make plans. We explore what it is that's going to help you grow.
