+Openings Available+ Sometimes our internal thoughts are not our own voice. Societal pressures, family teachings, and negative past experiences, can all cause negative thought patterns that can make you feel like you are lost in your own life. Through mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral work (CBT), therapy can give you your voice back. I offer easy to use Telehealth counseling services through secure video calls. This makes therapy very accessible for the average human who is doing a million things a day. Make one of those things something for yourself by booking a therapy appointment today.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington and a certified yoga instructor (200-YTT). I specialize in Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT) and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to increase mind-body connection and identify and change thought patterns that are no longer serving you.
In working with me we will take a solution-focused and strength-based approach to explore dysfunctional thought patterns and work toward healing. You deserve to be that version of yourself you feel the most at home in. My mission is to help my clients see a fresh perspective, explore challenges, and work through struggles to heal emotional pain.
