I offer a humanistic approach to counseling. This includes providing transparency, cultivating strength, highlighting compassion, and integrating acceptance. I will kindly challenge you to grow and while offering genuine empathy and understanding. I specialize in treating CPTSD and disordered eating with holistic modalities including EMDR and parts work.
