I provide psychotherapy to clients who want lasting change in their primary relationships as well as overall personal growth. This includes parents trying to navigate the sometimes difficult task of parenting. Each individual, couple or family that I work with is unique and I value the process of getting to know my clients as the people they truly are. Some issues I treat are interpersonal conflict, trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment issues, addictions (including those in recovery), and difficulties with boundaries and trust.

I also have additional training and specialization in suicide bereavement. Anger, guilt, shame, rejection, and stigma are common reactions to a suicide. I can help you process that devastating experience. I have the professional training and experience to hear your story, and how that has impacted you, even if it has been years since that loss.

My therapy approach utilizes training in treatment models designed to help people identify and work through core issues and problematic relationship patterns. I work collaboratively with my clients and my approach emphasizes accessing and experiencing authentic feelings, noticing habitual thoughts and reactions, and learning to live more consciously.
