I am a licensed clinician in New York and New Jersey. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who experience frequent depressed or low mood, panic or anxiety attacks, difficulty processing trauma, navigating relationships and life transitions. Therapy can strengthen our ability to explore our thoughts, feelings, self-worth and awareness. In session, we will identify your therapeutic goals and work together towards achieving them.
I use a variety of integrative and evidence based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and other strength based approaches. The goal of our collaborative work together is to help guide you as you form a deeper understanding of yourself, your place in the world and your relationships with others.
My goal is to have you leave our sessions feeling empowered and that you are making progress towards breaking down the barriers or negative patterns that are holding you back from achieving your goals.
