For teens struggling with intense emotions, impulsive behavior, and interpersonal challenges, ages 13-18yrs. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is an evidence-based approach that helps teens explore and manage their feelings and behaviors in a healthy and productive manner using 4 core concepts: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. A group for women who live in North Carolina who have separated/divorced or are starting separation/divorce to support one another.
