For many of us, living an emotionally and physically healthy lifestyle, while working, trying to build friendships, finding companionship, are at times difficult and disheartening. I offer therapeutic support aimed at enhancing your natural strengths, introduce new coping abilities, challenge unproductive thoughts, beliefs, and patterns of behavior, as well as providing you the opportunity to try on a new perspective toward your life. I have worked predominately with the LGBTQ+ population, as well as variety of communities located in the Lakeview area.
I provide Individual Psychotherapy, as well as supportive Substance Abuse Counseling. My primary approaches to counseling are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a 12-Step foundation framework, although I do utilize other approaches based on the individual needs and beliefs of the client. I see client's in person, and via telehealth.
My office at Wellness Home houses a small group of Masters prepared therapists. Please feel free to reach out to us via email or a phone call. We accept most PPO insurances. We can usually find availability that meets your schedule within a week or two of the initial call, presently.
