I specialize in addressing a range of issues, including depression symptoms, anxiety symptoms, overcoming traumatic experiences, ADHD symptoms, parenting concerns, family struggles, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach is grounded in various modalities, such as solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, systems theory, and experiential therapy. By integrating these approaches, I tailor the treatment to meet each client's unique needs and goals. With each client I do my best to consider contextual factors and cultural considerations.
As a systemically trained therapist, I am able to help you help yourself and strengthen relationships in your life. I do not use the same techniques for every client I see. I consider cultural, contextual and receiving feedback from clients to lead my approach. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy and family therapy.
