I provide individual therapy for adult women experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, codependency, life transitions, relationship issues, and self-esteem. I love working with women who are wanting to overcome people pleasing, learn to set boundaries, and gain self-compassion. Additionally, as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, I enjoy working with folks who have a loved one experiencing addiction and need support. We might be a good fit if you often feel responsible for the emotions of others around you, or find yourself in people-pleasing cycles that leave you feeling resentful and drained.
My style is warm, flexible, and client-centered. It’s important to me to provide down-to-earth care where clients feel that they are actually able to use what we talk about outside of sessions. I integrate various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
I love to help clients see their strengths, address the critical voice in their head, and improve relationships. It IS possible to feel less anxious and self-critical, and to enjoy life more.
