I help my clients find personal strength while building healthy self-perceptions. My experience as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional includes helping clients heal from childhood and adult trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and issues with assertiveness. I have personal and professional experience supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum challenges.
Treatment goals and treatment type are tailored to each client and use integrative counseling techniques. Some clients respond better to making connections with their past before proceeding to a place of change while others respond better to more present-focused techniques. Together, we will work to improve your relationships and overall quality of life.
