United in Healing: Overcoming War's Divide
This is a compassionate gathering and support group for individuals with ties to Ukraine and Russia, now residing in the United States, who seek solace and understanding amidst the turmoil of conflict back home. Amidst the heartache of homeland conflict, this group offers a space to share, attune and listen, and learn about emotional regulation in the face of overwhelming uncertainty. Leveraging relational, psychodynamic, and somatic experiencing modalities, this space will offer support to explore and process complex emotions and foster connections through shared experiences. This group will meet either in-person for 6-weeks; limited to 6 participants.

This group will seek to support female-identifying adults healing from relationship ruptures in romantic or intimate partner relationships. If you have experienced betrayal, infidelity, abandonment, or neglect from a partner in adulthood, this group may be for you. This group will incorporate somatic, embodied, expressive techniques focused on restoring the nervous system, encouraging new forms of expression, and rebuilding avenues for healthy attachment. This group will meet either in-person for 6-weeks; limited to 6 participants.
