Together we will identify your goals and create a plan allowing for long-term change. Through a compassionate approach, we will work towards your goals at a pace that feels right to you.

I help provide you with the tools to be able to navigate through hardships independently, help you identify a sense of self, encourage growth and offer support & empathy throughout this journey. I utilize many modalities, including Parts Work and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients reach their goals.

I strive to maintain a safe, warm and collaborative space for my clients to explore what has brought them to therapy.
