If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, and burn-out, and looking for a different approach to therapy you've come to the right place. My name is Kate, and I practice body-based psychotherapy. This means that we approach your healing from both the top-down, traditional methods of processing your issues through talk therapy, as well as the bottom-up approach of releasing body held trauma and stuck emotions through breathwork and movement. I offer unique sessions that combine talk, breathwork, meditation, and movement.
Clients often experience rapid relief from symptoms of anxiety and depression with this combined, holistic approach, and they leave each session with practical tools to use to feel safe, grounded, connected, and present in life. These are active sessions that quickly build momentum in the client's process of healing and change.
