I offer counseling for individuals and couples. Relationships and behavioral issues are my specialties. I have specialized training in working with couples as well as with individuals with Autism and ADHD. I use a variety of types of therapy to help my clients achieve their goals. Among my years of experience, I have also treated grief, aging, and caregiver burnout. I am a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and work with court-ordered high-conflict divorce and custody cases, providing reunification therapy, coparenting therapy, and safe harbor therapy.
My goal is to help you and your loved ones to feel safe, learn new skills that will help you find ways to shoulder life’s burdens.
