I am oriented in humanistic psychology with a person-centered approach. Together we can create an environment free of judgment where we can nurture growth together with empathy and acceptance. I currently work with young adults, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and body image repair.

I believe health comes in all sizes. I utilize an anti-diet approach to health and wellness. As a Body Trust Provider through The Center for Body Trust, I support that everyone is entitled to the freedom to live in their body as it is, without shame, stigma, blame, or bias.
