Pelvic Pain Support/Therapy Group (virtual in CA)

A virtual group for people navigating chronic pelvic and/or vulvovaginal pain - Living with chronic pelvic pain can be incredibly isolating, especially when that pain is dismissed or minimized by the medical system or those around us, or made harder to talk about because of stigmas that reinforce our silence. This group will offer an opportunity to feel the story of your pain be heard, witnessed, and understood by a group of people that get it. A group for people with conditions like, but not limited to: Endometriosis, Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction, Vestibulodynia, Vulvodynia, Interstitial Cystitis, Lichen Sclerosus...
