I provide a safe, neutral, and active role to help you identify issues and work through them in a supportive way. I like to employ a varied approach depending on client need and I tailor treatment to fit your personality and strengths. I believe that through difficult times big personal growth can occur, and that our difficulties can be taken as a call for change.
With over 20 years of experience, I have helped people heal trauma, abuse, relationships, and family systems. I approach clients with genuine care and work to help each client achieve personal growth within themselves. I have considerable experience with children and families, and also enjoy helping young adults find their way.
I believe everyone has the ability to build self esteem and has the capacity for change. Many times just talking things out provides clarity and resolution. My practice is located near 120th and Q Street and I have both day and evening availability. I also work weekends to accommodate my clients.
