Over the years, I have spent a great deal of time working with children and adults who have experienced traumatic events. These traumatic events may be difficult to understand and can impact our daily interactions at school, home, and work. When those experiences become overwhelming, working with a therapist who is specifically trained in trauma can be very helpful to the individual and family. In addition to providing services for trauma, I work closely with individuals (of all ages) who have anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and chronic medical conditions. Clinical services may be provided in the office, home, school or via telehealth.
The telehealth capability is a unique component to my practice. It allows for great flexibility with scheduling and has proven to be extremely convenient for children and adults.
