Welcome! I use attachment-based, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches so you can feel more present, connected, and vibrant. I'm trained in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR, as well more traditional talk therapy modalities. With curiosity and care, I am here to support you with understanding, processing, and overcoming your challenges. I have helped clients with anxiety, relationships and dating, childhood trauma, life transitions, parenting, neurodivergence, sexuality, career, and identity. My style is curious and affirming–and I can be direct and practical when needed.
I use an integrative approach, supporting understanding unconscious patterns, restoring the mind-body connection, and exploring family/environment influences. With children, I use play and art-based approaches, with an emphasis on parent support. Previous careers in education and advertising, as well as time spent living abroad, add depth to my perspective.
Clients tell me I give them space to find their path, while offering support with making the roadmap. I offer in-person sessions in West LA (on border of Santa Monica) and see clients online. I have daytime, afternoon, and evening availability. Please reach out to schedule a free consultation over Zoom or phone.

While everyone's process is unique, sessions often incorporate things to help you regulate your nervous system, gain more perspective, see and understand patterns, and practice new capacities. In our first session, we'll identify intentions for our work together and make a plan for how we'll approach sessions.
