Are you struggling with anxiety and/or depression, or have relational issues? Have you experienced trauma and want to work toward healing? I'm here to listen and walk with you as you journey toward healing. In my office, you can explore whatever topics you want! I am in a practicum for EMDR and can work with clients seeking EMDR intervention. This form of therapy is known for helping people clear out emotional concerns effectively and is evidence-based.

My experience includes groups of varying ages, all types of families, sexual orientation, LGBTQ+, and monogamous/polyamory couples. I work with people from various cultures with varying worldviews. I have over ten years of experience working with mental health, addiction, social, and relational issues, and eight years with Child Protective Services.

My method of practice is centered on the client and the changes they want to make. You remain the expert in your life, I merely help you realize your potential to be the best you, you can be! Come as you are and begin your journey to improvement and/or healing.
