Hi welcome! My name is Angelica (like from the Rugrats if you are part of that era). As a therapist i encourage my clients to understand “Change is part of the process”. Which is the foundation of therapy... My goal as a clinician is to always provide a safe place full of laughter, insight, and most of all healing and understanding. "If you do the work, then therapy will work" is the mantra I tell the individuals I work with. I like to encourage the individuals I work with, is to recognize the fact that they have made a conscious decision to allow themselves to grow and heal. My experience has been working with individuals who deal with anxiety, depression, and adjusting to life transitions.
