The constant push + pull of managing work opportunities (or lack thereof) and the hardship of relationship satisfaction can create feelings of anxiety and/or depression. You may appear to have it all together in your life; however, it's common to feel the pressures of juggling your work life with things such as high-functioning anxiety, today's dating culture, people-pleasing struggles, and managing stress. I work to create a warm, authentic, and safe place for you to discuss your concerns.
I greatly enjoy working closely with adults who are feeling more established in their lives, but may have some areas that they would like to change or get un-stuck from, as well as young adults making the transition into college and out of college-life into the "real world".
