Everybody needs to be heard. Everyone craves understanding, connection, and acceptance. I have been practicing psychotherapy for nearly 2 decades, spending the bulk of my career serving culturally diverse individuals in all five boroughs of NYC. Most recently I’ve been providing Crisis Intervention and Individual Therapy in CNY. In this time, I have found that a safe and quality Therapeutic Relationship is central to healing and growth.
