My Practice Focus: Couples Counseling, Couples Counseling with Neuro-Diverse Couples, Recovery from Betrayal, Men’s Issues’, Career Evaluation and Change, Sexual Addiction , Depression and Anxiety, Identity Issues. I work with individuals and couples age 22 and up.
We will deal with current issues in life, old baggage from childhood or both. Whatever holds you back from living a meaningful life connected with your beliefs, spouse, family, friends, community and vocation. I am excited about seeing people find freedom, engage willingly and confidently with challenge and live well in this broken and beautiful world.
We’ll develop trust, examine issues, resources, and relationships. We identify and work toward attainable goals for sessions and your life. I tend to be gentle with my words and approach, following your lead in sessions while offering thoughts and examining options.
