If you've ever felt misunderstood, invalidated, or rejected because of who you are or the struggles you face, know that you're not alone. It’s my goal to provide a space where all are welcome as they are and honored in their journey toward wellness. As a queer man, I'm especially passionate about serving LGBTQ+ communities and have experience providing affirmative therapy and WPATH-adherent letters of support for gender-affirming procedures. I also have notable experience treating diverse individuals facing depression, anxiety, relational concerns, substance abuse, and many other challenges that often keep us from living full lives.
My clinical approach is focused on building collaborative, warm, and authentic working relationships with clients that support their healing. I work from an integrated clinical lens rooted in cognitive-behavioral, humanistic-existential, and relational therapies. Since no two people are alike, I will always seek to tailor my approach to your specific needs.
I believe openness to self-exploration, a willingness to take on new perspectives, and a practice of giving one’s self grace in the face of hardship are key to sustaining whole-person health. No matter your concerns, I aim to provide an affirmative space where authenticity is valued and our collaborative efforts can facilitate meaningful change in your life.

No matter your presenting concern, our initial session will be spent documenting background information that will help me get to know you better. We will then discuss your concerns, treatment goals, and a consistent schedule that best suits our plans. Those requesting WPATH letters will also need to complete an initial intake prior to completing the process, which we will discuss in this session.
