My specialties are biofeedback, stress management, cognitive behavioral therapy, couples, relationship and family therapy and personal problem solving. These approaches all share an overarching aim to directly resolve the problems and difficulties that bring patients to me in the first place. My sole aim is to make my patients better, stronger.
My patients are good people: people who feel a lot, care a lot, try very hard to do a good job, and to be responsible. It is only the good people who hold themselves back. It is my mission to strengthen the good people, and to recognize, avoid, deal with people with toxic personalities.
