I love working with adults who feel stuck for any number of reasons. My approach to therapy is informed by two main ideas: first, that people are innately wired to heal, and second, that these healing capacities emerge when we feel safe. I devote part of my work to researching how people heal and transform and I do this at the AEDP Institute. I have been fortunate enough to publish and present my work in peer-reviewed academic journals, academic conferences and clinical trainings (e.g., AEDP Immersion) across the US and Canada.

Emotions reveal us to ourselves—they tell us how we’re impacted by the world and what’s important to us. They can show us the way forward when we feel lost, confused, and exhausted from constant mental analysis.

I’d aim to co-create a safe environment with you, so that you can feel your deepest emotions without being overwhelmed by them. My hope is that our sessions together would be healing experiences, in which you feel safe, seen, and connected, and that you’d leave feeling more alive and more yourself.
