In my practice, I help people understand why they are acting, feeling, and thinking they are so they can begin change their internal reality. I partner with my client’s to educate and empower them to understand themselves better so they can begin to live more intentionally and pursue their passions in meaningful ways.

I take a relational approach to therapy and use EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Somatic Experiencing to help my client’s make meaningful changes. I have lots of experience working helping people work through trauma, anxiety, depression, relational issues, and difficult childhoods.
