Moving Past Social Anxiety is an online group is for adults who are ready to overcome the fears and inhibitions that keep them from connecting with others. This 10-week group uses evidence-based practices to help you figure out what holds you back, find the courage to face your fears, and rediscover your ability to comfortably build relationships.
