As a marriage and family therapist I have worked with couples, families, and individuals of different backgrounds for more than 20 years. My experience as a therapist has taught me that change can be challenging and rewarding at the same time. Through a compassionate and understanding relationship I guide my clients to explore the stories that constraint them form having richer relationships and a more gratifying life. During the therapeutic process I help people turn challenges into opportunities for growth and development.
Areas of practice include couples, families, infidelity, divorce recovery, families in transition, adolescents, elderly population, cultural diversity, LGBT. Additional areas of specialty include substance abuse and co-dependency.
