Change begins with building a strong relationship and then continues through activities, art, talking, and skills training.
I use practical strategies to meet your goals which could be very specific or sometimes it's "I just want to feel better and have someone to talk things out with." Besides my experience, I bring a down to earth and humorous atmosphere into my work. I believe in being my authentic self and find doing so helps you to do the same.
