Are you battling with a 'second job' of navigating all the resources, doctors, medications, therapies and looking for a group to support you and listen and feed energy and appreciation back into you. This is a group led by its members and a certified yoga instructor and mental health clinician who has lived through her own injury and is wanting to help bring hope back into the process of caring for a friend,/loved one.
