People who spend long stretches of time in childhood living with unresolved problems may discover they grow up to become adults who carry those same mysteries inside. When individual problem solving becomes too much, therapy can help. This might look like raising curiosity around the subjects of trauma, mood and body-related symptoms and exploring to what degree it is possible to build new relationships across these domains.

I specialize in parts work and helping people better understand how to work with complex trauma. I believe taking a parts-based approach often offers the best tools to build safety, increase resourcing, and decrease habitual patterns of unwelcome thoughts and behaviors while also addressing trauma related symptoms.
I enjoy working with clients who want to understand personal identity, explore life transitions and find better ways to access the things in life that are most important to them. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about how I might support you. My goal is to help you develop a greater understanding of your most resilient sense of self.
