I specialize in helping adults (age 18+) and men in particular navigate challenges and changes. Our work will be anchored in making committed actions towards having a life that's more aligned with your values. In our sessions we will discover your inner strengths and learn how to process the thoughts and emotions that have you feeling stuck.
