I'm accepting new clients, especially telehealth clients, Sunday through Tuesday. I have some limited in-person availability on Wednesdays in Broomfield. It's so important to have someone to talk to - unfortunately we don't always have that opportunity. As a therapist, I strive to have my clients feel like they can be seen and heard in a comfortable and confidential setting. I use strengths-based, person-centered techniques to help my clients work towards self-awareness and personal growth.
I specialize in treating adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. I also assist those going through complex relationship or life transitions. I am always open to new challenges and opportunities as a therapist, and I love the opportunity to learn and grow.
