I utilize a hybrid of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy combined with mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and strength-based approaches. What that means to me is that I am interested in understanding what happened in your past to make you your unique self, how you are processing things in the present, and finding ways to work together for change.
