I help my clients gain a new perspective and discover healthy ways to meet their own needs and resolve conflict. I believe each person has unique strengths and abilities; together we can find solutions. I specialize in working with individuals, adolescents and families experiencing the effects of anxiety, grief, stress and family conflict.

I utilize a combination of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and spirituality to help my clients process emotions and express their needs.
