Fourth Trimester Support Group
If you gave birth sometime in the past 12 months and could use support with the adjustment to parenthood, this group is for you! The Fourth Trimester Support Group offers an opportunity to connect with others who are going through similar experiences and learn tools for coping with the challenging aspects of parenthood. You will be joined by other postpartum birthing people to reflect on your experiences, learn tools for coping with challenges, and develop a sense of competence as a parent.

Parents of Multiples Support Group
The Parents of Multiples Support Group aims to decrease the isolation and stress that comes with parenting multiples. Being a parent of multiples is an entirely different experience from parenting one at a time (so if you hear one more singleton parent make a comment that implies they know what you’re experiencing, you will totally lose it!). The group will include address this role transition, grief and loss, and enhancing social support and relationships.
