I have completed extensive training in one of the best evidence based therapies called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy specifically TEAM-CBT as developed by Dr. David Burns. I also have completed training from the Personal Transformation Institute in order to effectively and competently provide EMDR counseling for trauma.
