Hello & welcome! Taking the first step to contact someone for therapy can be so difficult. Whether you're facing a new stressor, dealing with a long-term struggle, have been in therapy for years, or have never tried counseling before, the idea of talking with someone new can be daunting. You want someone knowledgeable, supportive, and non-judgmental. I am an LCSW with 15+yrs of experience working with adults and older adolescents addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and issues of adjustment. Additionally, I have a special interest in women's mental health issues throughout the lifespan including reproductive and perinatal mental health, pregnancy/childbirth and related trauma.
I am currently completing training in EMDR as well as Brainspotting.
