I have completed training in EMDR, which is a useful tool for those navigating the impact of trauma. I have extensive experience supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community as well as individuals that have been diagnosed with ASD. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating pregnancy, the postpartum experience, and parenting.
