I was a traditional therapist for a decade; I now offer life & relationship coaching. It suits me to be so much more free & authentic! Coaching focuses on solving the current problems in your life; clients typically report feeling better after just a few sessions. Sometimes after just one! BUT it's not appropriate for everyone; I can't treat trauma or mood disorders. Coaching assumes you've done your therapy work already. If you're specifically looking for practical support for life, relationships, or work, check me out. You can easily book yourself on my calendar if it feels like a good fit, and I offer equitable fee options.
My first love is relationship work! Let's talk about all your partnerships (including nontraditional) and strategize ways they could be better. I love working with cis/het men; I have a way of relating to men that is comfortable and feels safe. I enjoy acute problem-solving: bring me a situation and let's workshop solutions. I'll give you stuff to go try.
My style is empathetic & nonjudgmental, meaning you can tell me anything without fear of judgment. You can expect honest and extremely direct feedback, but in a good way. MBTI + Personalty Types 101
If you've always been interested in personality types, this class is for you! It allows each person to take the official Myers-Briggs Personality Indicator® assessment, and do best-fit type verification in a group setting (which is more affordable than one-on-one). We will also complete a Personality Types 101 curriculum so that you'll leave with a robust understanding of type theory and how/why it's useful for your life. Classes are capped at 10 per session.
