I serve individuals who have encountered trauma in their lives. They typically struggle with getting easily triggered and being in fight, flight or freeze mode a lot of the time. It often feels like anxiety so many of my clients come in saying they suffer with anxiety. Many of my clients also struggle with making decisions.
I have worked with victims of trauma since 1996. I understand the justice system and DCS system well. I am familiar with most options available to help and help clients gather information so they can make informed decisions. I utilize different techniques to address mind, body and spirit. I use EMDR, Expressive Arts, movement, and other techniques.
I have been in several traumatic situations in my life including domestic violence and sexual assault. I know what it is like to experience severe trauma, I have healed well and want to help you do the same.
