My therapy strengths are in treating addictive disorders, PTSD/complex trauma, anxiety disorders, chronic pain, and working with first responders.
I've worked with adolescents, young adults and adults in individual, family and group settings. I've gained professional experience in nearly every level of care: detox/inpatient, residential, and outpatient treatment. I have vast experience in providing counseling services for those involved with the legal system (victims, offenders, and law enforcement).
Additionally, I am a certified EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and EMDR Basic Training Facilitator.
